We liked almost everything. The main room, the bathroom are pretty and big. The kitchen has all you need: a lot of dishes + microwave oven + toaster + coffee maker. In the additional little room there was a good washing machine. Everything was clean. The rooms are quiet enough.

Apartment was very clean, completely renovated and equipped with everything for a normal living. We stayed for two nights and next time, for sure I will ask for the same apartment.
They have fully automated check in/check out process that saves a lot of time.
Staff are so friendly, I contacted them by phone and e-mail, They replay so fast, and they gave us code from a security box 2 days earlier then a scheduled time.
Strongly recommended!!

Location, greeter, apartment is in a nice secure building. It's modern, bright, clean and well equipped for a short stay. Nice, secure area close to shopping street, but away from its noise. Excellent value for money. Would look no further if in Vienna again -

For walkers, the street leads straight into Stephansplatz in the heart of the city. The rooms are modern and larger than most European hotels. There was a nice selection of items on the breakfast buffet and adequate seating for guests. The staff was helpful and courteous. The surrounding area is surprisingly quiet.

l'hotel è ben posizionato, accanto alla principale via dello shopping e vicino alla fermata del metro' che ti porta direttamente nella piazza S. Stefano, quindi in pieno centro. Vienna è una città sicura, con i mezzi pubblici che funzionano fino a tardi (soprattutto nel week end) e quindi si può sfruttare questa opportunità fino a notte inoltrata.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, stanze carine arredate con stile, pulito, posizione strategica, centro a 20 minuti di cammino oppure 3 fermate di metro, garage (a pagamento). Lo staff parla inglese correttamente, non ho chiesto se parlano italiano.
