  Very friendly owners, nice conversations over (lovely) breakfast and around the courtyard. The opportunity to self-serve drinks from the dining room during the day or evening was very fair, convenient and economical. During the "Heurigen" time it was an easy walk to the nearby wine-bars which were all in the St Georgen nei - Great location. (Haydn / Beethoven territory!) Quaint winery. Friendly reception (with a glass of Frizzante from the Winery). Beds comfortable. No fridge or coffee making facilities in room, although breakfast room was conveniently downstairs. Nice breakfast.
