It was the perfect place to stay after a 3 days/2 nights cruise through the Whitsundays. The staff was super friendly with us and the facilities were delightful. We really rested while staying here and we would definitely return to the resort if traveling to North Queensland.

Design and elegance of rooms and Hotel. Everything has been thought of down to bathroom lighting at night. Clean Eygyptian cotton white hygenically washed bed linen instead of re used bedspread expected for 5 star. Fabulous decor, wonderful attentive staff, 24 hour service, great location so close to excellent shops and restaurant and relaxing roof top pool. Value for money.

Convenient location. Clean, roomy and comfortable accommodation. Good parking (very important), quiet room. Good "pull-in" driveway for being picked up by family or taxi. Helpful and friendly reception. Hoping to stay there again when we come down soon to a show @ QPAC. -

Booked off peak season a budget room and upon arrival found that I had been upgraded free of charge to a plush self catering apartment. Very comfortable, very pleasant staff etc and ended up extending my stay from one week to just short of three! These apartments are spotlessly clean. Just at the end of a long main street, great for browsing and two minute walk to esplanade with restaurants cafes etc. Pool is adequate size and the barbecue area at the top would be great for larger groups. Our room had lovely decor, very spacious bathroom with lots of room to put things. There were two arm chairs near the window plus a good size balcony with table and four chairs so you could sit in or out and still have the view over estuary.

The staff were very welcoming, breakfast was superb. Decor beautiful in rooms & reception. Well maintained gardens & pool. Location was perfect for dining & shopping. From the moment we entered till we left we were made welcome & looked after. Highly recommend.

A couple of things could do with a lick of paint here and there, but we were entirely satisfied with our stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, very hot water and lots of it. Price, undercover free parking, continental breakfast included, close to all city amenities, cleanliness, comfortable bed. All attempts to make for a comfortable stay has been made. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. The girls were so nice and helpful. It was my fiancees birthday. We are so busy with work and live apart from each other we definately hope to do it again

I liked the fact that you noticed it was my birthday on my comments when
booking my stay. I would like to thank you for the up grade to a one
bedroom apartment it was wonderful. I could watch tv if my husband
wanted to sleep. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check-
in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I
looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very
good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

The location is great, with a fantastic view. We were given a top-floor apartment which was huge. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the shops and use local transport quite easily. The pool was a great magnet for the kids and my nephew had hours of fun making new friends there. We definitely intend to return. -

A buffet breakfast was provided in our package. This made the deal very economical as we are pensioners
The Motel was situated close to all facilities we wished to access.
We would recommend Greenmount Beach Resort to any of our family or friends.

Staff very friendly and helpful. We only had a one night stay as it was for medical reasons we were there, but I will return on the next trip up north. Loads of eating places in the area and a short walk over the road and you are on the beach. Great for early morning walks and swims. The Chateau also boasts a good size pool and spa. The room was well equipped, stove, microwave, a small fridge along with cutlery/crockery etc. etc.Undercover parking available at no extra cost. Good on ya Chateau.
