The units were very comfortable with good quality furniture and fittings. The outlook through the paperbarks was lovely. The location was so convenient with the beach a block away. Also within the block there were three restaurants (Pizza, Mix and Pasta), post office, Pharmacy, general store and a bottle shop. All with prices comparative to the big supermarkets. Brilliant walking trails. We also saw many whales from the many lookouts. It is a straight drive into the CBD. Great all round

We are a family of two younger children and two teenagers so quite hard to please but we all enjoyed our stay at the Ki-Ea Apartments. Very spacious and clean accommodation and balconies. Well equipped kitchen and parents area away from childrens which was nice. All children enjoyed pool facilities. -

As I have trouble negotiating stairs, I was impressed to find a lift in this motel.
There was plenty of undercover parking, and I found a spot directly in front of reception and the lift.
The staff were extremely helpful and obbliging, and assisted me in making phonecalls to sort out a problem with my credit card on arrival.

Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and helpful. This was booked as a one night stop over between the sunshine coast and sydney, however, after a night in the Mid-Pacific motel we would have actually liked to stay for a while in Port Macquarie for a couple of days longer. The rooms were really well presented, clean, fresh and welcoming. My fiance and I booked the executive room and were surprised at the quality of the room for the low cost. We will be returning and making this a frequent stop

Check in was quick and room was very spaceous and clean. Great value for money. The accommodation was very clean, even had complimentary shampoo, shower cap and soap, along with a very generous supply of tea and coffee etc. Despite being on a very busy road, the place was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen seemed to be quite new, as well as being fresh and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Shelly Beach was perfect. A lovely townhouse which was presented in a spotless condition with well appointed facilities. The washing machine and dryer was much appreciated. The children loved the pool. We stayed 3 nights but wished we had booked longer. -

The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was comfortable Nd well furnished. The gym was great good air conditioning and spacious and. Reasonable well equipped. The pool was vary good, modern clean and functional and nice and warm on a cool morning.

Location is ideal (particularly for Glasshouse). Good beds, reasonable facilities, although the buildings are shabby. Breakfast is ok, but water for tea/coffee should be heated before breakfast time. It was always lukewarm until well after opening hours (this should be in not like section)

Very child friendly! We were put in a bigger room to accommodate the fact that we had a toddler with us. The room was beautifully appointed, very comfortable, excellent Wifi, and the motel is in a quiet location.
Hotel offers a lot of extras, like free bike hires, gourmet coffee upon check-in, shuttle service, and ability to charge meals to the hotel from a selected list of local restaurants.

It was clean, comfortable, family friendly and very easy to get to from the car park. This made carrying our bags a lot easier. We loved their fuss free system for very late check ins, which helped greatly with our tiresome five hour drive from Sydney and another six on our way back from the Gold Coast.
