Counter staff were warm and friendly and catered to my every request..nothing was too much trouble for them.

Location ! Location ! Trams city tour tram airport bus etc at your door step also Casino all water fronts . Staff are so obliging and friendly. Very helpful . Give them full marks . Can't nor not possible are just not part of their vocalabury. The sirocco restaurant is also excellent . Have eaten all arou d the city we found the most pleasant on our door . Breakfast excellent . Oh st Kilda tram to beach outside door too !! Perfect spot. Fiona collier

luxurious apartment! I booked three 2 bedrooms apartment for a big family of 7 adults and 5 kids. apartments were all clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Ktichenette was very well quiped and suited the family needs to make a decent meal after a long day out.

The staff were wonderful - we had an issue with the fridge not working
and we were moved straight away. The parking was great, the location was
excellent with kids as it was walking distance to the botanic gardens
and there was a small kids playground 2 minutes down the road. The kids
also loved the pool and the space in the unit was good for young kids

The rooms were great size, clean and very comfortable. We were very impressed by the staff, they were friendly and made us feel welcome. They were also helpful in seeking information about road blocks, booking another room for the night and made us feel at ease when we could not get home due to the fires. Absolutely loved this hotel, perfect location in the heart of St Kilda but so lovely and quiet to get a good nights sleep. The rooms were new, new carpets everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredible. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone looking for a comfy home away from home. -

Woolworths Food and Liquor store 5 mins walk, open until late which is convenient, as the apartment is fully fitted out to self cater.
Enjoyed our stay.

A perfect overnight before flying out in the morning. From the helpful reception to my room to the spa, my experience was wonderful. Having found a reasonable rate on Booking, I expected something fairly basic, and this pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the surroundings upmarket, the spa and lap pool relaxing. Quiet too.

Room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Bed was also comfortable. Price ($154) was very reasonable. We arrived at Tullamarine from an overseas trip at 2.00 in the morning, but a short phone call was all we needed to organise a free shuttle bus ride to the hotel. -
