  The Chalet was run by a very lovely, accommodating family with friendly staff. After hitting the snow on Saturday, we enjoyed several games of pool with drinks from the bar. Then it was board games by the fireplace, before sitting down to a delicious roast lamb dinner with entrees and dessert in the restaurant.   We found the managers very helpful. On the second night of our stay 6 tiles fell off in the shower and nearly caused some personal damage. They were very helpful and offered us to change rooms. As we were exhausted from skiing all day we declined but the room next door was vacant so for safety reasons we utilised that shower. We had a flat battery one of the mornings and the owner helped us jump start the car and we still got up the mountain for first lifts! The breakfast was great and staff were happy to put on whatever sport we wanted to watch on the big screen in the bar.

  Location was fantastic, we stayed 2 nights. The hotel looks a bit tired needs a bit of a clean and Renovation. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was included in tariff really good value food was tasty and they had a good variety.
