Staff were extremely friendly towards children and made them welcome the minute we walked in the door. Great value for money and the facilities were clean and tidy. We stayed at Anacapri for 9 days for a wedding staff were great even when the fridge broke down it was replaced straight away with our help haha the apartment was perfect and staff were wonderful would stay there again next time

I enjoyed my stay at Atrium. Our room was very comfortable and although I thought it inconvenient at first I did like the extra security with the key to open and shut entrance to car park. Loved the rooftop area with BBQ and the heated pool. Very good value money and would not hesitate in recommending to family and friends. -

It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We have everything we needed, from towels to washing detergent to crockery for cooking. Our apt was also very clean, just the way we like it. -

We had a superior ocean view room on 22nd floor. Excellent view but a bit windy so the balcony didn't get a lot of use. Apartment was excellent. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.
Staff were extremely helpful and attentive and sorted any minor problems we had.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are nice and comfy. On the second morning, the kitchen at the hotels restraunt which serves breakfast was having some problem with their stoves. We liked the spaciousness of the apartment the location of the complex
right in the centre of Broadbeach with easy access to beach, shops
restaurants.This is a very lively area at weekends but once doors were
closed at night we heard no noise at all.

I really enjoyed my stay with my grandchildren and have told my daughter to stay there when she goes down the coast. It is conveniently located to everything you need and the staff are very friendly.

Despite it's age and perhaps in need of redecorating, Rays is comfortable, clean, close to shops & beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.I won't hesitate to stay again. The staff were fantastic. I forgot my cuff links for a wedding, staff member Jessica was a life saver! She was more than helpfully in getting anything you can ask for. She knows her stuff and if she doesn't, she come back to you asap.

We got married here on the 22/11/2013. The venue was amazing. The staff where amazing, The food was amazing, The grounds are amazing..... Everything was just perfect. Thanks to everyone at the hotel who helped make our day so special.

We loved our time at the Royal Palm. They sent an SMS to advise our room was ready and we checked in around 10am. This was great as we could then plan our day. The kids loved the pool. It was heated and had a spa and slide. It has direct access to the beach and has a great play park about 200m away. Easy access to the freeway as well and was about 25 mins to the theme parks. All in all we had a great time. Only downside was that we didn't have long enough. Could easily have stayed anothe

Attention to detail in this hotel was incredible, even down to the gorgeous note paper in the rooms. The staff were articulate, beautifully groomed and nothing was any trouble. It was wonderful to see smiling staff who made you feel welcome from beginning to end. Well done Qt, you have won me, I will be back over and over.,
