Liz -owner was extremely helpful and could not do enough to help giving suggestions as to where to go, easiest way to get there, and best price and organised transport when needed- a real gem! Units very spacious, good airdconditoning as was very hot. Good location not far from beach close to shops and transport. enjoyed holiday very much. Pool in grounds very nice. Re 5 would not reccomend surfers Paradise but loved Broadbeach.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Liz, the manager was most helpful and friendly. Lock up garage with ample car space so that there was little risk of having the sides of your car bumped by another's doors. We stayed in a ground floor apt for 2 nights which was very comfortable. Although it is an older style apt it has been well maintained with a renovated kitchen & bathrooms. Plenty of space. Only 2 blocks to the beach & dining options within walking distance. Location to everything was great with an internet cafe, convenience store, restaurant/cafes (3), bottle shop and the beach all within a 3 minute walk. Some literally across the road! Liz (the Manager) was EXTREMELY helpful in all matters!!!. It Was very organised! The rooms was clean and ready for our arrival and the management "sky-line" I mean any support and direction needed was provided! Thanks if we going back to Gold Coast we'll look first there for accommodation!. Manager was friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and just had a nice feel to it. Practical, comfortable, cafe and corner store across the road. Short walk to beach. SLightly longer walk to shops but bus stop at the door. We appreciated the willingness of the manager to help us in every request we made. These apartments are close to the beach and there are eating. places nearby.We would stay there again if going back to Gold Coast. Liz was great to deal with - a wealth of holiday/ theme park knowledge . Accomm was clean, well priced and centrally located. Shops and beach are close by. Will definitely stay here again in the future!. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and made us feel right at home. The hotel is a quick walk from the beach, the mall and the convention centre. Definitely a great place to stay!. Nice clean appartment - home from home. Quiet area - ideal for families. Location - away from Surfers Paradise Spacious rooms Quiet - although this could be different during school holidays. Friendly atmosphere and safe secure setting close to shops café s and beach in a quiet and secure location. Management were great with personal touch ( even helped us carry our bags up), nothing too much trouble. we like the comfort and home like apartment also very friendly staff that made us feel very welcome. There was only one TV. No exhaust fans in the ensuite. Some ceiling fans were on either high or off, no control in between despite 3 speed controller. Nothing jumps to mind. :). All ok. Info online should advise that units do not contain toiletries. Check out time is 10am - a bit early. I had to mops the floor as we had a little one crawling around and her feet and knees were getting dirty - but it wasn't a problem. we could not fault anything. Shower in main bathroom was not very good. Nothing...thought it was great value for the price and a fantastic location!. thought it was a bit expensive. unit looking a little tired but still clean and cared for. Pool was bit too cold for me. very little. Traffic conjestion due to major roadworks and V8 race event setting up. When the roadworks are finished this should be resolved. To me nothing to dislike. Nothing. Nothing we did not like. Ran out of hot water after all trying to take showers after marathon. Carpets and curtains need cleaning, sprucing up or replacing Poor mobile reception No free internet Broken frying pan. Apartments are a bit tired and could do with some refurbishment.
