We stayed in the deluxe seaview appt, room 18. Immaculate spacious appartment, modern, stylish, seaviews from all rooms, two bathrooms, great kitchen. Undergournd secure parking. We were out at the theme parks during most days, and didnt use the pool which looked inviting. The beach is just over the road. The owners are absolutely lovely and friendly, and you feel welcome and relaxed from the first moment.

Bayview is far enough away from the busy Surfers Paradise but close enough to theme parks, shopping, walks and other attractions. The apartment was beautifully kept and a good size. The manager was very helpful and a really nice person ,always makes your stay alot better. The apartment was beautiful and clean and had a lot of space, we would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends to stay . it's a home away from home. The unit was clean and had a lovely view of the broadwater. The shops and cafe were with in a 5 minute walk from the unit. The water across the road was ideal for swimming and fishing. Great location :) The Managers were very lovely. easy access to WetnWild, MovieWorld and SeaWorld. Also discovered closeness to HarbourTown which was a bonus. LIked that it wasn't in the hussle and bussle of Surfers. Had great access to good restaraunts. Really friendly hosts. Liked EVERYTHING! Were upgraded to an excellent room with fantastic views. Had to bring two cars and car spaces were made available also had to stay longer than expected and staff were very helpful in sorting this out for us. Great spacious 2 bedroom luxury unit. Very tidy and modern, was perfect for baby and our 2 older children. Very close to theme parks, beach, shopping, etc. We had a fantastic stay and would definately consider returning. :). My daughter & I had a great stay. The managers, Caroline & Laurie, were very welcoming & accommodating. It's a great place to stay, with a homey feeling & central to shops, theme parks & the beach. A very friendly Caroline at the reception. Feels at home when staying here. All equipments in apartment were functioning. Quiet. Great view. Parking available for those who are renting cars. Very helpful and timely communication from the managers. Large, clean, secure and comfy apartment with great views over the Broadwater. The water was just warm enough to swim - yay!. Close to shops,theme parks ,beach, going back to the to a nice apartment that you can cook and make your own meals and relax in a spacious apartment with a nice view. Everything was great. Best view.Caroline and Laurie were so friendly and helpful. We didn't want our holiday to end. Thankyou :). It was a joy to see friendly serves.... an a large family room it was a delite to stay there we would stay again..... Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the view was lovely, convenient location, roomy and decent sized kitchen. A cancellation occurred and Caroline was nice enough to upgrade us to a better room. Very good customer service. we spend wonderful time in this apartment a view of the ocean, and it was very good apartment. Location,value for money,family friendly and clean and tidy awesome place for young family. ideal location to theme parks and shopping great views water just across the road. Easy to find and access ,friendly management,relaxing enviroment,nice parking. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was like home away from home. Beach was just across the road and shops close by. helpful staff in every way. the view was magic. All the facilities you need. very friendly staff. relaxed, tidy family friendly. A bit noisy from the traffic on Marine parade. Otherwise, we did not manage to get the A/C to heat (maybe our lacking skills with the remote control), which would have been nice as it was a bit chilly one night. Really very minor points. That we didn't get to stay longer. nothing :). Not really. There was some unavoidable road noise - we didn't realise it was on a busy local connector road. Nothing it was all good. Nothing. the apartment needs carpet in living room in the area where T,V is and area of sitting room. No exhaust fans. I have never been to an apartment that you only get 1 tiny soap and 1 toilet paper for 3 night and then have to pay. Also there was another room that had loud music and loud talking till 2am and the talking continued till 4am. flat thin pillows on beds. The wardrobes and shelves look a bit old, but not a complaint. although tidy there was a funny smell comming from around the dishwasher in the kitchen.
