Happy with accomodation, it was very clean and modern, spacious 2 bedroom overlooking beautiful ocean views. Great location on top of shopping centres with monorail going through the centre to take you to Jupiters Casino, great restaurants downstairs expensive but good food. Definitely stay here again on the next family holiday. Excellent location with fabulous view. Located above a mall with great restaurants and a supermarket for added convenience. With the exception of daily essentials, everything else (i.e. kitchen utensils, washing machine, etc.) is well provided for and with quality items. Free parking.

Beautiful ocean view, right across the road from the beach, self contained with kitchen, nice furniture, decent size balcony, shops and restaurants immediately below. Perfect for babyfree girls weekend. Lots of room. Basic simple furnature(less is more so to speak). Back of the building and out of the wind was good.Balcony overlooking the mall was good. I enjoyed listening to the live music from the local pubs. The views were amazing and the apartment was so comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony, having a drink and looking at the surf. The location in terms of convenience to everything was wonderful!. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly! The views are perfection The rooms are gorgeous and the furniture is so comfortable I didn't want to leave!!. Liked shower and bathrooms. liked beds very comfortable, the linen was very clean and cosy. Views are exceptional, position was very convenient. Was disappointed that the room I booked online was not the room we got, but the room was still lovely, it just looked different to what I was expecting. The parking for AiR is defently a challenge and hard to find but once you know how it works with the shopping centre parking it's easy to get in and out. Must read the instructions on how to access the parking to avoid arguments in the car and going round n round and walking through shopping centre with kids n luggage. No daily housekeeping and re-stocking of daily essentials such as shampoo, shower foam, laundry detergent, etc. Free wifi access limited to one device per room. Parking can be a little inconvenient as we have to drive all the way up a few floors to the security gate. I don't know if I would take little kids here as ocean view windows didn't have screens etc. but perfect for adults only or older children. This is not a criticism, just a heads up about a possible health and safety issue. The door magnet on the fridge seems to be very strong and when my wife and myself opened it for the first time with one hand the fridge started to slide forward before the door opened. With the fridge being on an elevated platform it could pose as a possible danger for a small child if it slides too far forward and falls on someone. The allocation of products in the bathroom was really mean for an expensive apartment.....1 small soap, 1 small shampoo and 1 small conditioner. It seems like a small thing but indicates a meanness that is unappealing on many levels. Did not like the carpark situation. Hot water was poor. Bathroom doors won't stay open. No locks on bedroom doors. Rooms are very bright in mornings and could do with blockout drapes. Did not like the minimal decor lacked atmosphere no drapes in main living area to blockout light or privacy. The drinking glasses were seemingly rinsed but not washed or dried properly - but after a wash and polish they were good to use. The staff on arrival and departure were rude and unfriendly. Not helpful at all. I'm 6.5 months pregnant and got stuck trying to get from the car park to the hotel and they were so rude to me. The location to the car park is ridiculous and when arriving is very confusing for a new visitor. Shower head. Getting your luggage from the car to your room is a bit of a concern. You definately need a hot spa outside as the pool is quite often too cold to get in due to the wind coming off the beach, and the pool is often shaded. Shame the sauna isn't located near the pool area. the carparking arrangements and the complicated access arrangements - ie changing lifts circling five levels to get to the carpark no advice on what to do with keys on checkout (we had to leave early in the morning - had to leave the keys on the counter - was concerned about them going missing). strange smell around lifts and in corridors. I think the pool could have been kept cleaner. There was no WiFi included. Given the price I would suggest this be addressed in line with rest of the world. the security was over done. car parking was annoying re all the lifts... trying to get luggage to room. I sent you an email re agent commission to which you have not replied!!!!. Access to car park. only 1 toilet paper provided. should be at least 2 each for both bathrooms. the tv was not the best in the bedroom kept cutting out, and the stereo was too old to play my music, and couldn't watch tv in lounge without the words coming across all the time, could do with some tissues and hand creams in the unit. Glare and heat through windows Small rooms. It was unfortunate not having the tennis court available. Ensuite has faulty lighting, lights would turn off and back on by itself, didn't really dislike it however was a little frustrating. Remote check in after hours feels very "low rent". Getting your own key out of the safe after fiddling with the combination in the unlighted reception area etc. And of course there is no one to help you. Suggest the reception is open to at least 8:00pm to allow the inter-state travellers to arrive. The pool gets no sun in the morning and is bloody freezing, Perhaps you should invest in heating. Getting in and out of the building when arriving or departing with luggage is absolutely ridiculous. I would never return with my family ever again because of this. parking setup is ridiculous- we were left standing on the footpath for 30min talking into a speaker until a manager arrived to check us in. TV channels fuzzy and some channels tuned into the security cameras overlooking the pool-thats creepy. we will not stay here again. The washing machine in our room was broken, there was no hair dryer supplied in the room, towels/washing liquids were not replenished daily, there was only 1 deck chair on the balcony and thought there should have been two. Car parking and getting to it was a bit time consuming.. Unattended front desk.. The convoluted check in process made worse by the fact that the staff did not answer the phone and we found ourselves stranded in the upr floors of the car park at night. The dingy furniture in the overpriced apartments did not help.
