The apartment was very big! We had lots of space.It felt like home. We loved having a separate laundry room in our apartment. The kitchen was great.I really wanted to cook and it had everything I needed. The swimming pool is very long - perfect for lap swimming. It is also super for kids. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the late check-out, (12 noon) - all hotels should adopt this
practice of letting you leave a little later. It certainly allayed a lot
of stress and if you check-in late, you feel like you got what you paid
for. I also like the fact there was a coffee machine in your room and

I have stayed in many hotels in major cities Asia,Europe and usa and
Canada in the last 2years and this hotel is as good as any of them.If it
was in Milan,New York,Tokyo,Stockholm or wherever it would be the
"in"place to stay. The staff are very competent and friendly
.The rooms are very well appointed and stylish.The bar and restaurant
are very good and have a great atmosphere .And the location is
excellent. It is an excellent hotel.

needed on our budget and was close to the event which we travelled to be
a part of. Being allowed to return to the hotel for a shower post-event
is a service only Forrest H&A have been happy to provide me with
(out of half a dozen other trips around aus). Will return again a 3rd

Compact, clean, one-bedroom apartment with all the amenities - dishwasher, washing-machine, coffee maker (pods provided). Excellent location so close to Manuka. Despite the fact that our apartment was around the corner from the main building, room service was available (although we didn't try it). Extras included abundant parking, and a lovely outside grassed area. The hotel also offers gym usage for a fee at Rydges just down the road.

Good value at 99 dollars. Didn't expect much at that price so close
to city centre. Pleasantly surprised to find it was a proper hotel room
with all the facilities...full cooked breakfast included in the price.
Staff were efficient and helpful although things got slightly confused
when I decided to extend my stay by extra night. Wanted me to check out
with all my luggage then check in again until we agreed that was

Friendly staff who were all very helpful. From the initial contact for booking to altering reservation to include our 2 children then to check in and check out as well as evening meal reservation and meals we were most impressed with all aspects of our stay and will stay again in the future.

Superbly clean, even when using the eco-friendly cleaning option (by which you elect to reuse your linen and not to have powered appliances used to clean the room - a good option to have offered). Beautifully appointed room and bathroom. Fantastic location, with excellent dining options in the hotel and nearby (and artisan bakery is next door).

A wonderful greeting from two lovely girls in reception, the kindness shown to our intellectually disable adult daughter. Room service quick and friendly,Excellent food,delightful and happy waitress in restaurant.

We were very happy with our stay, the staff on the front desk were just lovely as were all staff we had contact with. We ate in the restaurant both nights and were very happy with service food and price! Our complimentary breakfasts were just the icing on a lovely stay, thank you very much, we will be back and will recommend your hotel to others.

The convenience to the club and shops for meals, comfort and cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and willing to offer advice on where to go and how to get there. We enjoyed our stay very much. The club next door for meals was fantastic. We didn't have to go looking for meals. -

Our hotel room on the third floor was clean and well designed, it felt like a bed sitter with the king size bed facing the window, separated from the rest of the room by long table. once it was sorted by the wonderful staff we were upgraded to the room
we wanted with a beautiful surprise of wine and chocolates delivered!
The room was spacious and so clean & comfortable, it was everything
we wanted. The Restaurant was also delicious! We will be back for sure.

I liked the idea that the hotel was a fair bit out of the city and therefore in a peaceful environment, but at the same time there are a lot of lovely restaurants walking distance from the hotel area. -

The Park Hyatt is the best hotel in Canberra -but is probably the most expensive! It is ideal for conservative people who appreciate the Art Deco design the history - and easy proximity to key attractions (old Parliament House, national gallery, portrait gallery). -

We were pleasantly surprised about how nice it was. We arrived late and were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. It was new and there was plenty of room. The bed was big and comfortable and there was a large shower.
Noise from Northborne Ave was minimal ( and this is a huge factor- which anyone who has stayed on Northborne will attest).

I hAve booked and paid for approximately 15 + rooms at ArIa over the
last 4 months and still Aria's software on which bookings are made
doesn't appear to recognise me as regular. I find this puzzling and
can only assume my business is not valuable to Aria.
Also Aria's 2 % fee for MasterCard payments is unfair, how else to pay?
staff's issuance of a merchant copy for signature prior to providing a tax invoice for checking is very poor.
My next booking of 5 rooms in 4 weeks will be elsewhere.
