  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... cosa dice la gente » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced.   We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartments - wonderful, with everything a family required. Having access to two balconies, and two ensuites reduced 'traffic congestion' when other family members came to visit. The location is superb for travellers with out a vehicle as it is so close to Central Train Station, the CBD, South Bank and bus departure stations. The apartment key & room allocated was well arranged and easy to access & directly to our room. On the following day, we realized one of the male staff is really helpful when we asked for an extra bed and the bed was there after we returned to the room. In general, the apartment is really well managed.

  We arrived late after an extremely long journey from the uk and were immediately greeted warmly. We were told all about our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The bath/wetroom was absolutely ideal for my wife who is disabled. It was quiet even though it was close to the breakfast room.   Right from the start when I spoke to Noelene on the phone I knew we would be happy with our accommodation. In the last week before our booking, I need to adjust the booking as we had two more children to cater for. The response from T.V. (Noelene) was most helpful. I would recommend T.V to my friends and will - The rooms were clean and a good size, the location handy for shops/restaurants and transport (trains and river-cat). There was a generous amount of laundry and dishwasher detergent provided which is rare! The beds comfortable, the linen good quality with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We had a lovely view of the Brisbane city skyline from our balcony. The location is quiet and perfect for families. I'd go again.

  The apartment was really beautifully appointed and the ensuite was a treat we don't have at home. Everything worked and the balcony is a really generous size. I was able to check in early as we had dropped the kids off at a concert in the morning which was great after the considerable drive we had had to get there. Great value for money in an excellent location. One of the best apartment complexes I have stayed at, I look forward to hopefully staying at the Quattro on my next Brisbane trip.
