We arrived late after an extremely long journey from the uk and were
immediately greeted warmly. We were told all about our room. The bed was
extremely comfortable and we slept well. The bath/wetroom was
absolutely ideal for my wife who is disabled. It was quiet even though

Friendly/family atmosphere. Comfortable beds, quiet night. Security
in lift ... can only be used by guests (would not operate without pass).

Right from the start when I spoke to Noelene on the phone I knew we would be happy with our accommodation. The rooms were clean and a good size, the location handy for shops/restaurants and transport (trains and river-cat). There was a generous amount of laundry and dishwasher detergent provided which is rare! The beds comfortable, the linen good quality with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We had a lovely view of the Brisbane city skyline from our balcony. The location is quiet and perfect for families. I'd go again.

Have stayed in this hotel on several occasions, service always consistently good and whilst it's not claiming to be the Grand Hyatt, for me this accommodation is fine and the location suits my business and is also very close to the Port as well as Airport. -

Being adjacent to Portside, we found the motel ideal and suited to our needs as we were sailing on the Sun Princess the following day.
It was also close to a delightful seafood restaurant on Nudgee Road (which we would recommend).

The room was large, very clean and even though on a very busy road, there is no noise as the windows are double glazed, a real plus. Convenient to restaurants, room service breakfast was good and on time. The staff very friendly and obliging.

We love this house! Yes, it is much more like a house than a hotel. There is no reception, the code is provided to open your room, just like returning home. It surprised us when we entered the room. We arrived at almost mid-night hrs all the way from Auckland. The apartment key & room allocated was well arranged and easy to access & directly to our room. On the following day, we realized one of the male staff is really helpful when we asked for an extra bed and the bed was there after we returned to the room. In general, the apartment is really well managed.

I loved it all, the room was perfect, clean, had everything provided for a our stay. Staff were brilliant. One day we were leaving to go down town, and it was just starting to rain. We were immediately given an umbrella by the helpful staff behind the desk. Any questions that we had, were answered without any problems. -

Myself and my son chose the airport Ascot as we were catching a flight the following day. It was perfect for it's proximity to the airport as well as being near to some lovely restaurants and shops. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was excellent. The member of staff we met

We were met with a smile on arrival. Car was undercover. Close to food choices at Racecourse Rd, we had the best Indian meal! Location is perfect for access to longterm parking facilities with transfer to airport. Would go back but find room prices in Australia very expensive.
