  Friendly professional staff that's very efficient and made us feel welcome. Staff attentive, well informed and helpful. Someone always open front door. We spent a few days in Uruguay and left our luggage at hotel. In summary a great staff that goes out of their way to make you feel special.   Everything! This "hotel" seemed more a short-term apartment rental. The room was great, very clean, very big (bigger than our NYC apartment). Every room seems to be identical with a kitchen and sitting area that would make it convenient for families or people staying longer.

  Triple room was large and clean. Toiletries were supplied daily.Close to Recoleta cemetery and within walking distance to the Ave. Santa Fe, but a bit of a hike to Puerto Madera or Palermo. - Staff was great, very helpful with everything! Perfect location and great breakfast that was included!
