Palermo is a good 30 mins by taxi away - I liked very much the hostel, the rooms are clean, people are very nice, the recepcionists are adorable. I'm brazilian and stayed for four days, went alone to buenos aires and was amazing. The hostel is close to other neighborhoods known like palermo retiro and recoleta. I recommend!

  Room was Huge, with 2 very comfy double beds, airmchairs, lcd tv and the kitchenette had a toaster, microwave, kettle and fridge. The room was cleaned everyday during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a small balcony but the view wasnt the best as its an old area of town.   We stayed in Hotelmo which is next store to the Mantengase hotel, they offered private rooms with private bathroom. Everything was fantastic from the location, service, the owners of the complex are very very accommodating. Breakfast was really good with good quality pastries, great coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. They even gave us a transport card to use d - The hostel is very well located, close to some important points of the city or with easy access to buses. We stayed in the double room, the decoration is nice, detailed chosen and with colors... The people that received us at the hotel treated us as their family, caring if we had everything... the breakfast was good too... the front house, where we were having the breakfast, has turtles, dogs and a funny parrot, what made the experience even better for us... I highly recommend!
