The location of this hotel is great if you are looking to stay in Buenos
Aires Downtown. Steps from Florida Street, the Obelisk, Colon theatre,
etc. The hotel is clean and comfortable but don't expect luxury of
any kind. If you are from North America, you'll find things tend to
be smaller in size (bed, bathtub, bedroom, etc.)

lovely room, it was, just like its name, simple and charming, wish i'd had longer than just a quick nights stay to enjoy it more. rooms very prettily decorated, even had my own little patio outside my room with vines and geraniums, a guest house with a difference, and the landlady was waiting for me as agreed for my late arrival, very accommodating and attentive.

Great apartment for a small family, perfect location in Palermo close to the parks and Zoo. Only thing you should be aware of if travelling with young children is that there is a staircase in the apartment. We blocked it off by using the stroller and an ottoman which was in the apartment. Also the lock to the balcony did not work proper

This is one of the best apartments where I have ever been. The design of
the building and the apartments is just stylish but soft and
unobtrusive. A quiet restaurant with a excellent italian menu and fair
prices is next to the building. And one point very important for me, the
fotos are real and there is realy a high speed internet!!! Florence,
(the owner) is very responsive and flexible, Ariel (the doorman) is very
friendly. So it is perfect deal for those, which are tired from noisy
and crowd
