  Santiago has been extremely helpful and caring. He helped us out when we booked from the wrong bus station and even asked us after check out if everything was alright with the bus trip. Appartment is great, good shower and bed and very clean. 24/7 security - Fantastic service and Santiago is very helpful and knowledgeable! Apartments are amazing!

  Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!
