Great location near downtown but more relaxed and quiet. Easy access to great restaurants and places of interest. Loved shuttle access and less expensive parking option! Near my daughter in Ballard. Was upgraded to Lake view room at check in!!!

This is our go to place to stay when we are visiting family in Seattle. Convenient location, predictable quality. Pool and exercise room a plus.

Friendly helpful staff. Not difficult to find the hotel. Breakfast being part of the fee is a great idea. We didn't have to hunt for a restaurant in an unfamiliar city. We didn't find a fault.

The covers on the beds were not clean, and used covers are kind of icky. Better duvet covers. We also felt the pool looked kind of sketchy - not sparkling, a bit murky. I never saw it in use.

Nice breakfast buffet, free parking, upgrade room: there're mini kitchen, fire place, separate living room & bed room. We had a really comfortable night with our baby.

My son forgothis ipod touch and when contacting the hotel by email, I did not receive an answer. I had provided a specific location and room where it might be located. I would expect someone to look for it and return my email.

I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel room. I also liked the large flat screen TV, easy to see from any place in the room. I liked that I didn't have to pay for parking and when needed, the shuttle van was very convenient. The extra sink outside the bath is perfect for two or more persons. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet, great for light sleepers.

Parking spots were super tight.

The room and setting was beautiful. The view of Lake Union was superb. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable. The cleanliness was the best. Location was fantastic.

Location was great and easy to get to.

We requested lake view but from the 4th floor our main view was of the boat repair shops. We were running late to check in so did not request a room change. The extra money spent for lake view may have been a better if we were on a higher floor?

Two Seattle grandchildren stayed with me and loved the pool and the tv. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast also. The hotel was chosen with the kids in mind.

I did not like that the cost increased when I eliminated a portion of my reservation. ($10/Night-also increasing taxes)

Nice big room, very clean. Big flat screen TV with lots of HD channels. Excellent morning breakfast and afternoon happy hour. Great view of harbor from the room. All in all very nice

the breakfast could have been a little better quality...but it wasn't bad and the price was right! (industrial scrambled eggs, make your own waffle, fluffy sausage links?) thought the price was a bit high, but didn't want to risk bidding and getting another on the Lake without amenities mentioned

the only I would like to put is about the shuttle. I called the front desk to reserve my place and told them I would be at the picking point in 10 minutes. I definitely showed up on time. I waited for about an hour but no shuttle to pick up at all.

Location was convenient and they had a free area shuttle. Rooms were fairly large and they had 2 sinks, one inside the bathroom, 1 outside. Breakfast was great and the room where it was served was very nice with a great view. Parking garage and free onsite parking was great. Beds were comfortable. Every room has a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. Area shuttle drops you off at Seattle Center, Pikes Place Market or Pioneer Square.

Front desk staff did not give us very good information about where to park and that you need a room key to access parking garage and to get out of parking garage. One front desk person gave us wrong information about parking the second car and we ended up paying $5 to park for 2 hours instead of parking for free.

The location is good, hotel has shuttle bus send you to the space needle / pike market. When you finished the tour, just call the hotel, they will pickup back.

Rooms were spacious and were tastefully decorated. Wonderful having the lake across th street, shuttle service to Pike's Market and a good breakfast (in a pleasant setting). Staff were helpful. Having parking was a bonus. We would back in a heartbeat.

The lobby furniture gives a poor first impression. It looks tired and as if mismatched furniture was was just thrown in for usage. It was a surprise to see how nice the rooms were compared to the lobby. Needs an overhaul.

Liked having the shuttle to downtown attractions including Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and Pioneer Square. Loved the location by Lake Union; a great place to run around. It was nice having the pool and jacuzzi. We really enjoyed the breakfasts. They were good and the dining area was very pleasant. It was nice having the garage access and no extra fee for parking.

Traffic in the area is poor making getting there a real challenge. The tv checkout system would not work but calling the front desk to check out worked ok. It is a little on the expensive side but ok for the Seattle area.

The shuttle bus service was available in a timely manner for our transportation to the Space Needle area and Pike's Market. Parking is free and breakfast inclusive with room fee. Room service was completed daily.

There is traffic noise which is unavoidable at that location.

Good breakfast. Good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived at 9.45 am and we were able to go straight to our room and even offered breakfast. Shuttle service was very good. They took us to the Amtrak station when we were leaving.
