Excellent hotel, staff very friendly & you really feel that nothing is too much trouble. We had an issue with our room key & Ralf was brilliant sorting it out. Breakfast fresh, room comfy. Just across the road from an out of town shopping area, but not too far from lovely Saratoga Springs. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
