perfect spot to snorkel, best location on the island close enough to walk to town and far enough from town so it is still quite and serene setting.
You cab rent Jeeps and snorkel gear right in the resort. All the rooms have kitchens so you don't have to eat out every day because it is quite expensive, and most restaurants in the Island are not that great.

We booked to stay here for 1 night on the way through St Thomas to the
bvi. We arrived about 9pm at night very tired from a long journey and
the lovely warm welcome from Reception was greatly appreciated. We ate
straight away in the bar over looking the harbour - again the staff
couldn't be friendlier and the food great - room was excellent -

Again stayed here for one night on the way back from bvi before flying
home to uk. Got another very warm and friendly welcome from the front
desk. Room was lovely and clean and spacious. We ate in The Room With a
View restaurant which was lovely - food and service excellent. We walked
to town in the morning for a brief shopping experience before heading to
the airport - hotel very good at checking us out promptly and keeping
hold of our luggage whilst we shopped. Great location, friendly staff

We liked the location and the views of Charlotte Amalie where the cruise
ships were docked. We also enjoyed watching the sea planes land and take
off in the harbor. Sunset Gardens is easy to get in and out of and has

Very good location and very friendly staff. Go only some minutes
downhill to Vendors Plaza, where many taxis and safari taxis can be
found, and to the large (mainly tourist) shopping and eating area of
Main Street and the waterfront. Uphill and stairs to room were doable
for us, a young couple. Staff helped with information about the island
and were friendly and in a good mood.
