  The hotel is extremely beautiful, in an amazing location, perfectly maintained, and the service was impeccable. A friend had recommended staying in the original building. As an appreciator of history and architecture; that was a good call. It's fun people watching and there is great Asian food in the area. - EVERYTHING!!   Meeting with people from all over the globe. 99% friendly, cant get lonely here when traveling alone. Everyone is included. Superb location in Waikiki. literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Paid parking nearby if needed and free parking if you can find it within a few blocks. Easy access to public transportation to get out of the city. But then, hostels and the global traveli - I stayed 5 nights at the hostel and it was great! Roommates are from different places of the world and most of them are very friendly and I made a lot of friends there. It was October and not so noisy as I expected in the night, which was good, and it was fairly convenient and economic for a backpacker to stay. Mostly importantly, the location was extremely good and it was just a couple of minutes to the beach.

  Free shuttle to and from airport is great. Our room was neat and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Liked the fact that there was a laundry room on our floor ( we did one load of wash), and for future reference noted the microwave, empty refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. The little store downstairs had a good selection of items, from... ce que les gens disent » foods that could be heated up in the microwave, to socks. Also liked that there was a stamp machine and an atm machine available. Seems like a lot of - We stayed for one night before continuing on with our vacation. Loved the size of the hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, nice room, lovely pool area. Enjoyed walking in the area and going to Byron's. We would definately stay here again and will highly recommend it to our friends. We walked thru the Best Western but preferred your hotel, less busy and more personal and friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay.

  The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Service was excellent - very friendly, polite and attentive (and continued this way after my stay when I left my sunglasses behind).   We loved everything about this hotel. The location is ideal. The staff seem to genuinely love their jobs and it shows in their outstanding commitment to guest service. The rooms are whisper quiet. Spacious luxurious accommodation in a great location. The customer service we received would have to be the best we have received anywhere in the world. The rooms were clean [very important], we had a corner room that had 2 ac units, and the there were multiple electrical outlets for charging our various electronic devices.
