Congratulations to the designer, the bathrooms are a wonder of design in such a tiny space. I was upgraded to a queens room, that was also a corner room. Enjoyed this corner of peace in the busy city. All staff was very nice, all including the smiling and courtous cleaning ladies. Would go back! -

The staff were all very friendly. Even the cleaning staff smiled and said good morning to us as we were leaving and walking down the hall. The room was super clean. The price was great also for everything that the room offered. I also enjoyed my view as I could look out and see First Niagara Center where I went to attend Geroge Strait's concert.

the hotel was ideally located. All staff were very helpful and friendly, and rooms were excellent. HOWEVER, beware of booking a high-floor room thinking this will give you a view. I booked two high-floor rooms. One had a lovely view over the skyline, while the other had a view of a brick wall! The hotel very kindly moved us up three floors, wher we got a view of........water tanks. So view not guaranteed! Supplement would be better reserved for those rooms with views. However, that did no

We stayed at the hotel before going to shop at woodbury outlet the next day, the location is around 25 miles from woodbury, pretty good for that purpose.
The room was very clean.
The room price was not high (although now cheap as well).
The room was big, and it had a very good multimedia system (HD TV + HTPC).

I stay at Hotels about 15 days per month for business up and down the east coast . The Crowne Plaza is spotless inside and out . The Staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful . The room was set up for business and was very comfortable .It was the best hotel I have stayed in the recent past . I will be staying there again . Great Staff .

This place was great. I would highly recommend it. So many times when
you book a room and then get there, the rooms look nothing like the
photos on the website. These photos are very accurate. The room was very
clean, comfortable and beautiful.
The staff was amazing, and very friendly. My husband and I got sick and we needed to stay an extra day.

Most comfort stay I have ever had in the U.S. We originally booked for one night, but after checked in, we immediately felt in love with this nice hotel and decided to extend to another night. Nick at the front desk was very professional and went beyond his duty to help us planning our second day of visit in Buffalo. All staff were friendly and courteous.
We especially love the design and beautiful kitchen. We will definitely be back next summer or whenever in Buffalo. I highly recommend this

This was a fantastic hotel for a nyc break. 10 minutes from time
square and just down the road from Hell's Kitchen Flea Market at
the weekend (a must visit). Excellent staff willing to help at all
times. Room was ideal, perfect for 2 people sharing..when people
suggest they are too small I wonder want they want the room for? This
was a city break

The location, staff, and cleanliness of the room. Excellent all around!
The location is a few blocks from The Port Authority Bus They don't
do room service every day, but if you need anything (towels, trash taken
out, dishwashing soap, etc.) the staff is super responsive and so nice!
The kitchen comes with pots, pans, and storage dishes so we could cook
in some nights and save a bit of money. We would stay here again in a
heartbeat.

A convenint location for staying overnight near jfk Airport. After
landing, we took the Air Train to Federal Circle where they have phones
which are connected to the various nearby hotels. After calling, we
waited 20 minutes for the free shuttle to arrive to take us to the
hotel. The room was clean, modern and spacious, with a good shower. The

Shuttle - arrived within ten minutes of my call from the courtesy phone at JFK Fed. Circle - great as I was travelling alone and worried about waiting around at 11pm.
Shuttle dropped off at requested terminal in the morning.
Receiption staff very polite and efficient.
Room was quiet and clean, and continental breakfast provided from 4am which was great.
All in all a great place to stay close to the airport -- would highly recommend.

At the desk, Dennis verified my information quickly and was quite friendly (I've been to enough hotels in NYC to recognize when I'm not a "room number" [based on the amount I have paid for a room] vs a "real person" [treated as if it didn't matter which room I paid for. Stayed here for a couple of days before dropping my daughter to summer
camp. The staff here are so welcoming and bend oer backwards to please.
We were upgraded upon arrival. The rooms and bathrooms in this hotel are
huge compared to most rooms in Manhattan and the decor is funky yet
comfortable. The location is fabulous. 3 minutes to Grand Central
Station and about 10 minutes to Macys. I love this hotel so much that
I'm going back in 3 weeks to stay for a week!!!

Clean,no frills feeling. However, the coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator were really nice to have in the room. Staff were very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. I thought it was a very good value for the money. The bathroom was gorgeous.

"trendy" area of Oneonta where all the best restaurants,
cafes, and boutiques are very quickly. The rooms are equipped with
microwave and mini fridge.

Indoor waterpark was great for kids (11 & 6). Be sure to read there
website about the waterpark. Great for rainy days. Also the arcade was
quite big which also took up some time (and money) for the kids.

Very clean and comfortable. They had alot of fun activities for the kids. I felt safe being there with just myself and my small 4 children. I left a few items behind when I checked out and they mailed the items to me- who does that? I will highly recommend this place -great time!

George, the front office manager, went the extra mile to make us feel at
home. We stayed at the hotel for a total of 8 nights split into 2 parts
and in both stays George and his staff were excellent! The room
furniture and fittings superb. Convenience of shuttle to subway was a
real bonus! I'd recommend another stay at Hotel de Point anytime!
