We liked the easy check-in. Friendly staff, clean room, spacious
bathroom, nice furnishings. I left an item in the room after check out
and the security staff had lost and found contact me right away. He told
me they had found my item, but it was thought to be trash, and was
thrown away by housekeeping so ended up in teh garbage. He dug it out of

to be returned to me. Very nice gesture by the lost and found staff. -
great location, parked the car and walked to what we wanted to do/see. close to mississippi river and harriet island park. very nice walk-way along the river, the park was clean, beautiful trees and very nice walking paths.
the room was nicely decorated, clean. great bathroom shower with a rain shower head. fridge and microwave in room. quiet. beautiful view of the mississippi river and surrounding area.

Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. We liked that we were not disturbed by any other guests, as far as noise, we liked the colors and design of the room and the hotel. We like in the bathroom area there was a separate vanity that we could sit and put our make up on. Like the fact that after a certain hour you need your hotel key to use the elevators-security.

Super comfortable beds and groovy rooms - it is an amazing historic building but totally modernised to a very high standard. Loved my stay here, especially the bed and nice toiletries. The restaurant is also great. Super location, just a block from main shopping area. -

The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable and the room was very clean. Extra towels, coffee and toileteries were delivered promptly. The lighter weight robes very nice. Happy hour at the Bank was reasonable the drinks and food were good. Staff very polite and accommodating? Would have loved to have the giant bottle of La Crem

I loved the Westin for it's beautiful, impressive dining/bar area. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular! The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

When we arrived Mallory greeted us to the Hilton. The doormen went out of their way to help us with packages. The location of this hotel was within walking distances to all of the main events, we were attending. The price was great and staff was genuinely very kind and attentive to our needs, especially since my husband is disabled. -

The staff, especially Ginger. She was professional and charming in spite of a series of rude guests the night I checked in. All staff spoke to customers. Clean, comfortable, felt safe. Shuttle to Convention Center relieved anxiety for me and shuttle drivers were all friendly and helpful. -
