It was all the little extras that Travaasa did that sold me! The sandalwood soap, the quality of shampoo and rinse, the soap dish and toothbrush holder. The staff were exemplary!Always going out of their way to insure we had the best care possible!

Loved the adult infinity pool and that our room was a few feet away. We had an awesome oceanfront room that was very close to the pool. The pool side staff was very friendly and service was excellent. Front desk was freindly and helpful. Maid service was good too. -

We had a 2nd floor apartment on a 2 storey block - try to ask for the 2 storey buildings when you book. It was fantastic. The view of Molokini Crater, Kahoolawe, and Kameole Two was unparalleled. The morning snorkling off the rocks in front of Hale Pau Hana afforded a great variety of fishes and many green sea turtles. Our unit was superb and the other guests and staff were friendly.

Variety of pools suited all ages. Children of all ages were well catered for and hence adults were able to enjoy the location and amenities and relax, I especially loved my visits to the adults only pool. Our room was fantastic, the beds exceptionally comfortable. The beach was beautiful and I loved having breakfast in the Grand dining room. -

The pool and location were amazing. We lounged around the pool almost every day and enjoyed the friendly service of the waitress that passed by. The hotel is right on the beach and a very short walk to Whaler's Village (a shopping mall). If that is not enough stores, Lahaina has more and the Westin provides a shuttle service that leaves every hour

This is Hawaii's Hawaiian Hotel. We had a room on the main floor, garden view, room 178 (smoking outside). It didn't face the large area of the garden, but it did have a small garden outside our room. We enjoyed it more because it was secluded. You could see the ocean through the trees. We exited the taxi and were welcomed to the Four Seasons with a lei, which we expected. A porter took us to the check-in desk at 11:00 A.M. where only one girl was working. The check-in girl snapped at the porter stating she was already serving someone. Dave came on the scene and checked us in and walked us to the elevator answering all our quest

The staff were very welcoming from when we first arrived. Throughout our stay we were recognized and equipt for with no trouble. All staff were brilliant at remembering our names which was very impressive. Everyone had their role to maximize the fine detail around the hotel, the design was beautiful and the lay out was very nice. Rooms were spacious and homely. I would definatly recommend this hotel.

what an amazing hotel/apartment! we stayed here early october 2013, and were instantly blown away. we had an amazing view of wailea beach, which was only a 10 minute walk from the village. although there isn't a shopping centre as such, there is a small complex filled with designer label boutiques also a 10 minute walk from the village. i suggest

The condo was on the beach and offered excellent facilities. It was
light and airey and there was free parking facilities and wifi.
Geographically the condo was easily to find and was in a good position
to access other places on Maui. It was lovely to wake up in the morning

I really enjoyed the location. We were close to everything needed and had easy access to a great long stretch of sandy beaches. It was nice to see and listen to the ocean each night as we went to bed. People were friendly and could enjoy morning and evening strolls down the beach. The rooms were well kept and very clean, I was very pleased to have a washer and dryer in our room. I would recommend staying here to anyone and for a repeat stay.
