The owners and staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly while also being respectful of your space. Fantastic food, beautiful garden, so close to all that Chatham has to offer. We are returning!

The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is just 2 blocks from the ferry port so if your stuck like we were in leaving the car on the main land you can walk leisurely. This hotel had us a wheelchair to use which saved our vacation since the ferry service is inadequate -

Situation pratique sur Harvard Square - The Charles is extremely convenient, provides a very pleasant environment, good services, particularly the use of computers. The maid was very quick and efficient. We left our room for 20 minutes for breakfast and she had the whole room cleaned by the time we returned.

We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice
hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the
events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as
are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice
surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for
the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.

Friendly staff, lovely big room, breakfast in the room, treats, elevator, huge bed. It seemed a pretty good bargain. Plenty of drawers and hangers. Oh, and the location is absolutely perfect - close to the T, close to the Common, readily accessible (we did not drive).

Overall, the Inn was very suitable for our visit of three nights. The breakfasts each morning were wonderful with excellent service. Our room was very quiet and clean. We walked several times to AK Diamond to eat supper and enjoyed the food. Pricing was reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed biking and seeing the Nantuckt architecture in the homes

Our reception on arrival was warm and friendly. This was our first visit to Boston and as it was early evening we were able to quickly obtain the information we needed regarding where to go to eat.
The room was clean and fresh with all we needed. However only 1 tea bag so for tea drinking Brit's this was a concern!
Location excellent for everything we wanted to do. Close to duck tours, good restaurants and only a short walk to Boston Common
