  We have enjoyed our stay at Napperville a lot. Rooms were very clean, staff was very nice and helpful (thanks Mario), price was great, transportation to Chicago was easy, breakfast was tasty, even WiFi doesn't have those needless login pages or password so you feel just like at home. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful. I liked having the refrigerator and microwave as standard in the room. And I liked having wifi as standard.

  I'm always happy when I stay at a Westin. The staff at the Westin Northwest was very helpful and nice. I ended up over sleeping and had to scramble down for breakfast and got there 2 minutes before it closed and the staff in the resturant was so helpful, gathering my drinks while I put food in a to go container so that I could bring it back to my ... ce que les gens disent » room. The hotel room was spotless and I had plenty of towels in my room from the start. - we got off to a late start from minneapolis to chicago, gave them a call about the late check-in loved the fact it was no problem! we checked in at 1a.m. stressfree! it was so comfortable we all were very well rested for our big weekend!
