The staff was very friendly, always helpful. They seemed to anticipate that I had a question and volunteered their assistance. We felt safe. My husband and I noticed your hotel's security - alert but discreet. We had an amazing, wonderful first trip to Chicago. The Hyatt Regency certainly was a big part of making our vacation so enjoyable. Chicago people are friendly, obviously proud of their city and eager to make visitors feel welcome.

From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly,
helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was
help us unload our luggage, park the car and point us in the right
direction and once inside the front desk staff took over on the helpful,
friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this beautiful hotel to an

We went to watch the Chicago Bears play. The hotel was nice, walking
distance to Soldier Feild. Clean & modern hotel, cabs lined up
outside to take you anywhere your little heart desires, friendly staff,
and we booked through letsbookhotel.com and a received free parking bonus. I
compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was
cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

The breakfast with the omelet bar is simply great. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had in any hotel anywhere in the world.
All the staff at the reception are extremely friendly and helpful. Also the complimentary shuttle bus departing every 15 minutes between the hotel and the airport is a great plus! -

We didn't get a river view room, but who we met there did and it was
spectacular! The staff was very friendly, very accommodating. I liked
the breakfast included meal plan which was an outstanding value. The
location was off the beaten path but close enough if you wanted a nice
long walk through the city to take it all in. I was very pleased with
the facility and would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, we used the shuttle service to go to dinner. The lobby was very comfortable to just sit and read a paper or drink a cup of coffee. The staff never made you feel like you were imposing. Parking was easy and the hotel was within a couple of blocks from the river. We were there for the paddle boat ride. Someone 2 floors above us was smoking in their bathroom which apparently vented into our bathroom and the stench was overwhelming. I reported it to the desk clerk and she took care of it immediately.
