  The owners and staff of the Castle Marne are very calm, friendly and helpful. My luggage missed the transfer at London Heathrow airport and was delivered later at the hotel. I immediately received a phone call in my room once it arrived. Being upgraded to a room with jacuzzi didn't hurt either. Overall a very pleasant experience that - The house was comfortable and offered a sitting area indoors and a lovely patio outside which we could enjoy so we weren't limited to just the bedroom, which is important to me. The bedroom was a little on the small side but since we didn't spend a lot of time there it wasn' t an issue. Breakfast was perfect, personally prepared and delicious. The owner was personable and friendly but not too overbearing.
