I loved the location and the room was very quiet and clean. We had
a corner room which I thought would get noisy but rarely did we
hear anything.

I liked the location - not really in the heart of the action, but a close enough walk. But being right on the boardwalk and having parking next door could not have been more convenient. The bar area was cozy, the staff was great. The room was clean, comfortable, well appointed.

Great front porch facing the ocean with rocking chairs to enjoy the view. the staff is amazing, friendly and super helpful..bar tender goes above and beyond to give you the royal treatment and the cleaning staff are happy and look to be enjoying their work..always saying hello when ever they see you..

LOCATION.LOCATION.LOCATION. This location was perfect about a two minute walk to the boardwalk. Near the Hooters, a mini mart that has excellent prices might I add, a 7 eleven, etc. Great stay for groups the property manager was very chill never complained about us smoking on the porch, nor blasting music too loud. -

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to upgrade
our room for a small fee. We checked in extremely early and though the
room wasn't ready she drove us back to our car 3 miles away so we
could park in their lot. So very helpful as we had a very tired 4 year

We loved the location and the fact that it was 2 separate rooms. We didn't need to ask for anything we had everything we needed. Last year we stayed at another place through letsbookhotel.com and it wasn't a good experience now this year it was a lot better even better than we expected. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They even took us to our building personally and showed us around. Very nice and very unexpected. Everything. Great price, great location. Room was very nice. Bathroom and kitchenette were doable but they could of used some updating in our room. Had a great stay and hope to go back soon. -
I enjoyed the ameneties in the room. Full size fridge, stove, microwave. The restaurant was very reasonable. The overall experience was an 8 out of 10.

I don't know where all the negative reviews come from, but we found
this to be a very clean motel.I Grew up with family owning a motel, and
a grand-mother who cracked the whip at cleanliness for others, so first
thing I did was check the beds, and the shower..(force of habit), also

The place is a short walk to the beach and places to eat such as Hungry Jack (pancake house) with Pizza Hut not far away.
Recently renovated rooms were very comfortable and modern. The A/C worked great!
Also, water pressure for the bathrooms were good. Not like some places where the shower drools out water.
Will definitely consider staying here again.

Art the owner was the BEST! My sons had the best senior week ever. Once Art knew I was a stern, watchful but caring mom. He was very nice and helpful to my boys. Too bad the room two door down did not have parents that taught them manners. At the end of the stay he called me and thanked me for having respectful young men I my family. Truly the ONL

Great location - couldn't be better, not too close to the noise from
the fun-fair on the boardwark, but right on the beach and with a
wonderful view from the large balconies at the end of the house (not
from the rooms). Free parking close to the motel and fridge.

Rooms were clean and spacious - refrig big enough with freezer compartment so you could manage breakfast and lunch without going out. Staff was very helpful (allowing late check-out). 2 pools offered variety and of course, location right on the boardwalk. -

I love the oceanfront room. Whenever we come to oc we always stay on
the beach. When we checked in and got our key, we opened the door and
saw that someone's elses belongings were there. The staff were
very attentive and apoligized and got us another room quickly.
I'll be back. -

Very friendly and helpful staff. When I made initial reservations I asked for a first floor room as my wife has COPD and can't walk but short distances. I was told there were no first floor rooms available. So I was given a room that was next to the elevator on the 4th floor. Upon check-in,, to my surprise, my room was on the first floor. My thank

The Sea Bay was a great value for the money. The entire staff was wonderful and courteous. I've stayed at many places in Ocean city, including higher end, more expensive hotels and the Sea Bay was the best experience by far! Everyone was friendly, our room was clean and comfortable. The beach and bus stop was only a block away.

No water pressure in shower and phone was not hooked up. When I booked
room I thought from the description on letsbookhotel.com that I had an ocean

The first thing I would like to say is the hotel held nothing back when
it comes to getting a good nights sleep. The hotel had

I really like how clean it is and that the maid service comes everyday
and cleans up everything!!! I like the amenities the pool and the hot
tub are great! I love the beach access right outside the atrium doors.
Overall this is my favorite hotel in Ocean City because of cleanliness,
the room sizes are nice and big and the staff is very friendly :) We had
a great stay :) We will def go back :)
