Excellent budget hotel much cheaper than most but great value for money. Clean no frills rooms quite large for NYC. We had a Queen bed our room had a small annexe room (no door) for our 18 year old daughter. Each room had a flat screen TV, airconditioners and each a small walk in robe. Quiet rooms comfortable beds. Close to Broadway and shopping.

I loved the hotel. The hotel is old and shows it's age but was very accommodating for experiencing New York and the area. The room was a bit hot, but all things considered like I said it is a old hotel. I would stay there again and again and again. The staff were over top with customer service, anything I asked or I got not problems. I would suggest they smile more, no one in the area of NYC smiles and that is sad, so I understand why they don't, but a conscience effort should be made to s

Chambre calme, spacieuse, propre et personnel très attentif - The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed).

Great location for shopping next to Soho and Broadway. Good dining options and places to go out for drinks and live music within 20min walking distance. Room was good, and although nothing exciting, it was clean with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom where all worked fine. WiFi also worked fine with good bandwidth in our room. All in all really good value for money for NYC. Stayed at hotel for the 3rd time and would definitely come again

We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the
young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind
and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.

Location is genius in the heart of Times Square, The open bus tour
starts just in front of the hotel, We were in a Premium King Suite in

we enjoyed very much staying at the hotel: the suite was very comfortable and its size is not typical to ny hotels - much bigger.
the staff was super friendly and helpful (Alex & David!!!) and helped solving personal issues regarding our trip in the most efficient way.
The welcome greeting with the cookies was lovely and so the ice-cream and cookies treat on 4th july.
the location is great, the view from the upper floors is dreamy - and yes - we will come back to the double tree hilton-time

My third time here at this hotel. On this trip was meeting my son who was looking for a diamond for his girlfriend. Staff could not have been nicer to my son, wishing him well. The hotel was very clean, and quiet, given it is in the heart of Times Square. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I will stay here again, and always recommend this hotel

This hotel is absolutely wonderful- a breath of fresh air. From the time we arrived early to the time we checked out the entire stay was so easy. The staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly, the rooms are amazing and the rooftop bar has the most brilliant views.
Wine hour every afternoon is also a nice little perk to staying here!

We had a terrific view from our Hudson Suite of the Macy's July 4th fireworks; it was the most important factor in our choice on ink48 and we weren't disappointed. The Hudson Suite was well-designed and filled with light - quite different from other Manhattan suites we have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were surprised how close we were to the theater district.
