Chambre calme, spacieuse, propre et personnel très attentif
on etait au dernier etage dans une chambre deluxe et il faisait une chaleur etouffante sur tout cet etage.....c'etait insupportable.de plus, il etait mentionne que nous aurions un kingsize et c'etait un lit normal deux personnes.

Strange misses by housekeeping - a bit of hair, a broken lampshade. Not a deal breaker but odd for such a first class place.
Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

It was very clean and modern, and they feature Aveda products in the bathroom. Made good use of all the space in my small room.
The maids didn't give me any fresh towels for the second day, and my key stopped working so I had to get it re-keyed at 1:30 in the morning when I got back to my room!
In the middle of the heart of Manhattan. A massage chair in the hotel room.
The toilette looked like in a prison and was not cleaned properly. Very small room, parking only on a 24h basis.
