I liked the coustmer service. The staff was great! The pool area looked great like it was out of a movie. The gated parking is comforting.
The room was not as clean it could be.
Carpeting in room was bad. Furnace did not put out heat.
The staff was pleasant and eager to help
The hotel is old and needs some definite upkeep, painting and simple cleaning. There was heavy dust on the air vent in the bathroom. That is unacceptable for the normal standards of cleanliness.
