I liked the room. It was very comfortable. I liked the location for access to the D. C. area. The metro was very close so we could get to where we wanted to go quickly. We did find out that we should avoid the rush hour when traveling on the metro. We liked the breakfast and the social with the two drinks and then the evening meal that was availab

This hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. No matter who it was whether the manager or a housekeeper they would take the time to say hello. The room was beautiful and the location was really great. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast they serve was really good as well. The front desk manager, zemy? I'm not sure of her name was exceedingly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely be staying there again.

We were only there for an overnight stay. We checked in at 1:00am and checked out at 10:30am. But the room was very clean and everything was in its place. The front desk staff was very courteous and very informative about the hotel's amenities and services. I would stay there again.

The Chef was a prince of a fellow. A month before arriving I made a request for the room service menu to be faxed so I could design what I wanted. He (the Chef-Aron- I believe) helpfully sent it to me. When I went downstairs for the breakfast he greeted me and told me that no one goes away hungery and his buffet was great. He is a class act. -

they accommodated my group well when checking in and checking out, great facilities, the starbucks on site was convenient as was the subway a two blocks away. -

I was really impressed with your staff. When I arrived I needed water to take my meds and I was immediately given a bottle from the gift shop along with my sister who was traveling with me. I only regret I do not remember the staff member's name. I think it was Lisa. She saw me the next morning and said 'Good morning Mrs. Hollis'. I thought how in the world could she remember my day from the previous day with all the guests she had encountered. I was impressed.

This was by far a great experience! The hotel staff was incredibly cordial, nice, helpful, and polite. The hotel and rooms were very clean and beautiful. The location was near to the sites we planned to see. The Marriott was near a Metro station enabling us to travel around DC without a car. Staff were friendly and responded to our questions including giving us maps. Liked underground mall close by.

Nice place, with pool and good breakfast. Our family was really happy.
The Metro (subway) was closer than I expected and easy to walk to. Just
remember to go out the back door, up the street in back and under the
overpass. You can't get to the metro by walking up the six lane road

It was so extremely close to dc and all of the major attractions, the
room was very clean and spacious, the beds were comfy, the breakfast was
good and the staff all very helpful and friendly. The pool was small but
I loved that there was a lifeguard and being able to sit and relax and
not worry about my kids being in a huge pool by themselves.

I found the staff to be super helpful, friendly and patient. How refreshing! The free shuttle to the airport (where a metro stop is a short walk under a roof) ran frequently and was a real bonus! The hotel room was attractive and clean. Several good restaurants are practically in the hotel door, and there's lots of shopping in Crystal City --

Within the past year, we have stayed at the Hilton Crystal City 8 times. It is in a very good location for driving and also easy to ride the Metro using the hotel's free van service, and there are many good resteraunts within walking distance.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Every person we interacted
with went above and beyond their responsibilities to ensure our needs
were met. For example, were at the hotel because we had missed our
flight and came in around 2 am. The front desk people were very

It was very comfortable. Every one of the staff were nice and very
helpful. I appreciated the free shuttle service which took us to

Convenient to conference venue, quiet, good view, lots of restaurants

My husband and I were bumped from a flight at dca at 11:30 pm on June
10th. We had been traveling all day and needless to say, we were tired

This place is city chic! The hotel lobby has a very hip feel. The parking includes in/out privileges. Location was very convenient and close to a wide variety of businesses and services. The quality of the picture on the TV was blah, but I also loved the functionality of being able to use the Lodgenet app to control and view the TV programming via my Android cell phone.

Free shuttle from airport to/from hotel every 20 min. Free shuttle
from hotel to the Metro every 18 min. The Metro is a low price, clean
and safe subway/train service. Breakfast was free buffet- style that
was clean, hot and pleasing to eat(not gourmet style but plain). You
should have no complaints from kids who won't eat "green"
or "spicy" food.

Staff was professional and friendly, very accommodating. The one bedroom suite was great. The cleaning staff kept it very clean. We did not need their services on a daily basis but when we did, their service was excellent. Our stay was 7 days. The hotel is new and very well designed. The shuttle ran every 20 minutes providing access to shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store was on the route. It was a wonderful week for us we will definitely stay there again.
