  A hotel providing exactly what we were looking for: A large, clean, comfortable and practical room right in the centre of New York at a reasonable price. Travelling with a toddler we really enjoyed the two double beds, which meant that we could in fact have been sleeping four in the room without any difficulty. There was plenty of hot water in the bath and d - Staff was generally very friendly. Very convenient location. Easy walk to Grand Central Station, Penn Station, and many restaurants. Many restaurants deliver and staff helped us set up in breakfast room to have our dinner. Love that it was pet friendly. Felt very welcomed with my dog. Relatively spacious room. Convenient computers in lobby. Location was excellent in terms of ease and proximity, as well as not too noisy.

  Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Fantastic location. Very nice room. Very well kept and looked after while we were there. Never felt intruded upon by house keeping. They came in while we were out. We always had fresh bath linens and the room was always spotless. Everyone at the hotel, door men, concierge, front desk, bell hops, security,... ce que les gens disent » house keeping staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. We visited two other hotels in the area were relatives and friends were staying. Both we - Everything....professional and attentive service to all sorts of personal touches to make you feel "special" to the point you forget how much you are paying for these features :)

  Location was outstanding. Central positioning in Midtown, v close to Empire State & Times Square. Every request from the hotel was met - extra bedding delivered immediately. Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfasts v good. Some people have complained about the fact that only 2 elevators served (I think) up to 12 floors. Would highly recommend for great value and loc - The location is terrific. It is in the middle of manhattan and next to important subway stations. Extremely convenient transportation. The next door is 5th avenue and macy'S. Also it is near korean town and cafes and bars so that both western and eastern style food is easy to get. The room I am in is quite new, with big tv and good city view to Empire building (if you stay above 16th floor). Breakfast is very nice indeed. And the most important, staffs are very nice! Especially Mathew!

  Was my fifth time in NY and I've never stayed in such a comfortable hotel like this, we were three in a two double bed room, was very spacious and nice decoration. The building is new, the breakfast area is big with a variety of food and fresh fruit. The staff at the check in and the bell boy were very friendly - For a one night stay for business, this was the perfect choice. Room was in brand new condition; extremely clean and comfortable. Easy walk from Penn Station and then to work on Park Avenue. Felt very safe and found plenty of close by places to eat great food. Also, friends of Bill W only 3 blocks away.
