On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked.

Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

2 bed suite with 2 bathroom and walk in wardrobe All u need in the kitchen and a laundry room on site. Only there one night the pool looked good (was it heated?) sun terrace was a bonus. The hotel was in a great location, friendly staff, kitchen in the room.
Breakfast was great. Heated pool and two jacuzzis. Perfect for a family
trip with an arcade and gym. Room was spacious and comfortable. Multiple
gates allowing close entrance to the room. With a room key you get $3
off a meal at uno. Well lit.

I have seen this hotel from road for years when driving by on the way to
Universal studios. This hotel has fun castle like appearance that made

We were positively surprised about our stay. Warm and frendly staff, affordable price with breakfast included and a pool area which was great with small children. I can warmly recommend this to anyone who plans to visit Disney World or other parks. Over exceeded our expectations!

My husband and I came for our 1st anniversary and we were treated very kindly. We loved the excellent service of staff, the room was gorgeous, the fact that we could upgrade, and the breakfast was perfect. Our stay was very lovely and we will definitely be back. -

The staff were extremely helpful.
The food at the bar and in the restaurant was lovely and we ate there quite often. The pool was lovely and relaxing. The room was clean with plenty of facilities eg fridge, coffee machine, microwave. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was divine. -

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable. We were charged for 2 nights when we only stayed one night, letsbookhotel.com changed our reservation by faxing Double Tree and they didnt acknoeldge it, I have my email with the confirmation on the change, Still nobody will respond to this. When my husband had to call the front desk at 1145 at night due to the people being so loud in the room next to us the security came right away and told them to quite down and then it started again 15 minutes later the security guard was still right there and made sure they stopped!

Location is phenomenal. 1min from I-4. There's a publix in front of it. The pools are great for family. They got a exclusive one for the little ones. My wife LOVED the SPA it's a park like price, so if you got people who doesn't want to go to the parks, they can spend the same money on the SPA and get much more

I have stayed at a club level room. It was spacious and confortable with amenities such a coffee maker and complimentary coffe. The pool and restaurantes at the hotel are all great. It's a walking distance to both parks and you enjou express pass and early admition. -

The staff was friendly and helpful. We like having a free shuttle to universal studios. The room was great! Lots of amenities like free bottled water, internet, free choc chip cookies on check in, clean room, customary shampoo/conditioner but we also liked the free sewing repair

The goal to surpass our expectations! It was reflected in the warm cookies at checkin, quick check-in, free and fast wifi, hassle free billing correction, free shuttle to universal studios.
Also the location was really walking distance... 10 minutes.. to Universal Studios.

We liked the location. We were happy it was a 10 min walk over to Seaworld. There was transportation offered from the Hotel but we preferred to walk the short distance. The design of the resort was very appealing. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. We reserved 3 rooms and were able to check in early.
One of the rooms wasn't ready, but we only waited a short time and were called when it was available. There were plenty of dinning options while we waited. I would stay there a
