  The Staff at this hotel were very accommodating. They were extremely pleasant & went above & beyond to make sure we had our needs met. Our room had a sofa bed but it didn't look very nice or supportive, so the guy (can't remember the name) came up & brought a rollaway bed b/c there weren't any other available rooms to move us to. I tho... ce que les gens disent » ught that was very accommodating. The place also included breakfast & 0n wkends that bfkt included bacon & eggs - Now thats a great deal!!! Th - The staff at Comfort Inn & Suites was incredible helpful, and the friendliest hotel staff I've experienced in any city in quite some time. We got help right away with options of parking, as well as suggestions for dinner. Great experience and value for the one night we stayed in NOLA-when we return I will definitely have Comfort Inn & Suites at the top of our list!

  The room was pretty much what we saw on the internet, so pretty much what we expected. The courtyard and our balcony overlooking the the courtyard was really nice. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but what little we had was quite positive.   We have stayed there before and it is our favorite place to stay in New Orleans. Good location and gorgeous. They are committed to providing first class service. - The rooftop was so romantic, you can look out over the city. The hotel had beautiful marble floors in the lobby.
