Good base to explore New York. Very comfortable hotel, room was spotlessly clean with plenty of toiletries & beautiful towels. Room comfort excellent. The security of the hotel. After hours having to use your room key to get past the door security officer then also to make the lift work makes you feel safe. The staff is always happy and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay memorable for the right reasons. The breakfast was awesome too.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us any information we wanted. They also organised taxis - at a rate negotiated by the hotel which was cheaper than the regular taxi rate and stored our luggage (checkout time is the usual 12.00) and we weren't leaving New York until the evening. Fantastic, safe location just a few short minutes by foot to Times Square and in the centre of Restaurant Row - in-house restaurant was great too and we had a few meals there - including room service. Breakfasts were taken in the mezzanine conservatory and were delicious, with a wide choice of food and drink - the bagels and muffins were great.

The staff were fantastic to deal with, extremely friendly and helpful. Did not request an early check in but arrived following overnight flight and were accommodated immediately. The decor and facilities were excellent and despite having a room overlooking 46th St noise was not an issue and it was a nice view to look out upon opening the curtains in Oct sun in NY. Hotel sympa et idéalement situé, très pratique au niveau des métros, quartier sympa avec tout à proximité. Le petit déjeuner est compris (installation rudimentaire dans le hall d'entrée) et bon. Les chambres sont certes un peu vieillottes mais propres et entretenues tous les jours. Le lit est confortable et la salle de bain assez grande et propre.

The location is brilliant indeed - some few steps from the Times Square.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I would like to specially mention
and thank Trinita, who checked me in much earlier that she was supposed
to. It is a perfect choice once you are not going to spend all day long
in a room and only need some rest after sightseeing. The rooms are small
- that is true, but it cannot be a surprise, when you are full aware of
that. Will definitely stay here again when next time in ny. -
Wonderful location 5 minutes walk from Times Square. Small but
comfortable and very clean room. Facilities like shower, hair-dryer and
alarm clock worked properly. Air- conditioning and a fan-heater were
provided. Really lovely staff on the front desk - they went to a lot of
trouble working out transport arrangements for us and finding out about
museums we wanted to visit. Simple but nice continental breakfast.

It was about the average price that you'd pay for hotels in Times
Square, but it was just outside the border of Times Square so it
wasn't really noisy and busy. Having said that, it was about a 30
second walk from the centre of Times Square. Perfect location! The staff
were super friendly and helpful and with a 24hour front desk I felt very

We absolutely loved this hidden gem! From the entrance onward! Carlos
was very nice at check-in and check-out. The room was very much what we
hoped for. I was skeptical to stay at a place that had kitchenettes but
this was a pleasant surprise! Clean, plenty of room for us. Location
could not be beat!! We look forward to staying again as we travel to nyc
a few times a year. Lots close by. Walked everywhere from here and never
seemed far!! Radio City Apts made our weekend stay in ny awesome! So

Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience.
