Everything about the stay was amazing. The staff was wonderful!! They
were helpful from the get go. I had to have my cell phone fed ex to the
hostel & they took care of this. I had to leave a package at the
front desk for a friend to pick up and they took care of this. They
helped me figure out how to negavigate the city at the cheapest rate.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Corridor was noisy but quiet during "quiet time." Parking is on the street/metered, so that was a bit of a walk to find. The facility/room was very clean and beds pretty comfy. We had a private room w/two twin beds, tv, mini fridge. It was very small, but met our needs w/flying colors!

Ideal location. My experience made me want to move to san diego. Staff
had great recommendations, from cheap parking to good seafood. Great,
clean rooms..the bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home. My
wife, having never stayed in a hostel, was hesitant about this before we
arrived, but ultimately she loved it and we'll be staying here ag

Excellent position in the middle of nightlife (by the way we had a room
looking in the inner patio and we didn't hear a voice from
outside). Nice habit of the hostel is preparing one's own breakfast
in the kitchen!

I came to San Diego to attend a conference and visit. I was really
interested in a clean and safe location where I would literally just
sleep and shower. I loved that there was a cafe/diner right by- it
made breakfast easy. It was a great location- just a walk away from the
coast and the gaslamp. The staff were helpful. Also there was a nice

although the hotel was not what we expected it was okay considering we were just there to sleep. if you're looking for a cheap decent place to sleep this is the place. if you're looking for somewhere to be comfortable probably not the place for you. I'm a pretty easy going girl who have to get ready for Halloween party and this place was just ok for that.

I absolutely loved this place. The staff is super friendly and extremely
helpful. The house is awesome and very clean. Great common room/tv
room, free wifi throughout, two ipads in the lobby for free use as well;
kitchen is nice too. Loved little touches like an outlet and shelf in

This hostel is absolutely amazing, and by far the best I've ever
visited. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, with helpful staff.
It's located in Little Italy, which is a brief 15 minute walk from
downtown and the Gaslamp Quarter. It's clean and has a very home
feeling to it. Every day the hostel offers activities, both daytime and
evening. Breakfast and dinner is complimentary. I was very comfortable
here, and sad to leave when my stay was over. Will definitely stay here
next time I visit

My experience was pleasant here. Staff was friendly, room/bath comfortable and clean, good location in Little Italy near downtown/airport, nice lounge area indoor/outdoor, excellent value for money. -

I was very welcomed here in lieu of the fact that 90pct of the clientele
here was half my age. Great atmosphere and location here. If you are
truly friendly, open minded and enjoy meeting new people this is a great
spot. Highly recommended if this is your lifestyle. -
