  The manager was really friendly, I believe his name was louis. I stayed at the sweets inn for mardi gras. He was always willing to call a cab for me and my boyfriend. The person that stayed before us had stolen the key for our room but the manager was always right there to unlock our room and let us in. I would recommend this hotel. And to top this off, he was th - IF you are a guy (ladies would not feel comfortable here) simply looking for a place to sleep and don't care about amenities, this place will do. I slept well, it's 50 feet away from the bus stop ($3 all day travel pass), it cost 1/3 what convention center rooms cost and the management was helpful. Duke
