  I came as a solo traveler in the middle of the night because of a late flight, and even though the staff had confusion about who was supposed to be in which room, they handled it just fine that evening and in the morning when we switched rooms to get it straightened out the way we were supposed to be. Everyone maintained a smile and obviously was doing their job the best they could and kept high customer satisfaction in a confusing situation. Th - Staff was excellent and the hotel was in the perfect location in a quieter section of the French Quarter (but still close to all the action). The room and hotel in general were very clean and comfortable and looked recently renovated. We were very pleased with our whole experience.

  hi all my partiner and i stayed there for 2 nights last week carol greeted us with the biggest southern smile around she and the rest of the staff were most helpful getting us settled in after a 16 day trans alantic cruise we had 2 friends traveling with us they had a mixup with there booking dates BUT carol sorted it out and found the acco... ce que les gens disent » m at one of there other accom hotel no trouble at all we loved the area sooo close to everything and would stay again and reconmend to anybody to sta - Located in the heart of French Quarter, 5 minutes walk from Bourbon Street, 10 minutes Jackson Square or Canal Street. Room where i stayed was small, just big enough for a queen bed, bathroom was actually bigger - but very comfortable and perfectly adequate for solo traveller. I was a little concerned about walking back late at night after reading several reviews - but really nothing to worry about. Would definitely recommend - excellent value for money. - A nice old building with typical for nola iron balcony (there are tables and chairs there, so you can sit, have a cup of coffee and admire the view of the old French Quarters). The rooms are renovated with clean and modern bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. The people in hotel very friendly and helpful. The was no safe in the room but there is a safety deposit box at the front desk and its free! Location is great - just two blocks from Bourbon Street.

  I loved the vibe of the hotel and the fact that it is a boutique hotel. The check in staff were very accommodating and I love the green apple touch. I helped myself to one every day. The best concierge ever would have to be king. He was superb! Not only did he recommend excellent restaurants but he was a wealth of information on the "real New Orle... ce que les gens disent » ans". We were fascinated to hear his account of hurricane Katrina, the education system and overall economy in New Orleans. In addition he supplied us - I loved this hotel! My husband and I stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend. I use to live in New Orleans, but this was my husband's first visit and we had a blast. The staff is very attentive and they even left a special gift in our room once they found out it was my birthday! Great location & Great modern hotel!

  I liked that it was in a quiet street but only a five minute walk from the hub of activity. I absolutely loved the Ruby Slipper right next door for breakfast every morning, why go anywhere else!! Can jump on any streetcar to take you around town; walking distance to French Quarter; Warehouse District and the Riverfront.
