I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were "Disney-
friendly" and sincere. The bed was probably the most comfortable I
have ever slept on. I loved the elegance without being overly "froo-

for more towels (I hadn't finished dressing, figuring it would take

I really loved the Hotel and where it was located. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My Aunt & I stayed on the 20th floor and had a great view of the Mississippi River. Easy access to the River Walk, Street Cars, Harrah's Casino and, Bourbon Street which we loved... being that this was a leisure trip/ b-day celebration

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Seth at the front desk and
the bartenders in wow, the restaurant inside the hotel. They were able
to answer all my questions and give me the lay of the land, so to speak.
If it's your first time there, be sure to ask them about local
things that interest you, such as places to eat, places to watch

The valet staff was awesome! Never had an issue waiting on our car or
dropping it off. We were able to check out at in the am but leave our
car til 4pm so we could go walk around. Made things extremely
convenient! Loved getting a warm chocolate chip cookie upon check in.
Hotel was perfect location to all touristy areas...yet was quiet.

At arrival the door man and bell staff were very friendly. The rooms are large and beds very comfortable with soft linens. Bathroom has a GREAT separate shower with large tub very nice. We loved our stay at The Loews New Orleans and will definitely return.It was a wonderful time. -

I liked that it was in a quiet street but only a five minute walk from the hub of activity. I absolutely loved the Ruby Slipper right next door for breakfast every morning, why go anywhere else!! This place rocks!! The hotel has a general laid back feeling and Thomas at reception was a most helpful and genuine guy. A gold star for him! Or perhaps

wonderful staff made you feel at home -- very helpful and joyful -- kept the room clean while we were there for 5 days -- had great recommendations and were interested in your adventures in New Orleans; and best of all the whole hotel is non-smoking!!!!!!
and you can't beat the location -- access to all of NOLA at your fingertip! Can jump on any streetcar to take you around town; walking distance to French Quarter; Warehouse District and the Riverfront.

Thw location is perfect. We walked uptown, downtown, to the arena for a eric clapton concert. We parked the car and never had to use it. We walked back from Boubon st at 1:30 in the morning it was safe and an easy walk. What made this place stand out from the other hotels was the staff. They are very friendly and comply to every request of the guest. I have stayed in many hotels and this hotel by far has the best front desk service. I also like all the amenities that are located in the room which include a refrigerator and a microwave. In my opinion those are essential needs of a traveler.

superb!!! They were pleasant from the time we checked in up to the
moment we checked out. This was one of my best stay at any hotel and I

We had a very spacious one bedroom apartment and it was fabulous! We were able to enjoy coffee and libations in our room if we wanted to. The facility was very clean and decor was very nice. The staff, especially in the valet area, were very helpful. We made it clear up front that we were not interested in the time share options and so were not bothered with any pressure.
