  Was disappointed that there was no heat in the pool and that the game room that is listed on the website was not any longer there. That is the reason I reserved this hotel and paid extra money compared to the cost of other local hotels. So my kids could swim and play games. Instead they had nothing to do on our 2 night stay. - I love the friendly... ce que les gens disent » staff . we checked in very late and the girl was very sweet and when we booked our stay we asked for a smoking room , but they were full and without hesitation the girl immediately upgraded us to a very accomadating suite at no extra cost . this was really appreciated.
