We had not stayed in a Holiday Inn in a number of years and were surprised by the upgrade in quality. The staff was great, the room was spacious and comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed, like an iron and ironing board. -
Big tv, rooms easy to locate, refrigerator and microwave are nice to have.

I usually have a hard time sleeping in new places, but the bed was comfy, there wasn't too much outside noise, and the linens smelled clean, but not that eye-burning bleach odor type of clean, which helped me sleep soundly. -
Front desk staff was very friendly and informative. -
Accommodations were nice, I appreciated the fridge.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was nice, beds VERY comfortable.
Since I travel light, I liked that I could self park and handle my own bag to my room.

I loved that this hotel is in the middle of downtown. Theprice was so reasonable considering you get a free drink, breakfast in the morning and parking. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I was a single person and I really liked having just the 1 queen bed. I also thought the whole breakfast was a good idea! I liked the taller bed and the big screen TV (and great channels) was awesome! -
Awesome staff...if the couple working the front desk isn't married, they ought to be. Great stay. You get what you pay for!

after a long hike in Bidwell park. If you want cheap lodgings and you
don't sweat the small stuff this place is fine. I would stay again. -
I like that all the rooms were close together and we can all step outside and be right next to one another. Air conditioning in all the rooms worked great. We rented 7 rooms for the weekend for a graduation in Chico. The grounds were beautiful and the location was excellent close to everything. Owners were extremely helpful and very very nice people, very accomadating.
