This hotel was amazing. And a great location just a short walk from everything.
My room didn't have a coffee maker. It wasn't enough to complain to staff, but I thought it was weird.
Friendly help full staff, comfortable rooms and ease of access to stadium and downtown. The breakfast at the restaurant by the Lobby was excellent. Check in and checkout were easy. Enjoyed the history and decore of building.
There was no mini bar in the room as advertised. The food at Kitty Osheas was disappointing and under cooked on the fries.

could not control thermostat in room, even after notifying them. Should have free internet. Even small chains do that

Excellent location, wonderful view if you're lucky enough. The architecture is amazing. A wonderful historical building.
Everything that makes your life slightly better and more comfortable comes with an extra charge (fridge, wifi, luggage storage, athletic club) unless you're business and even so, you can't have the lake view AND the fridge! Not what I expected from a Hilton.
The accomodations were wonderful and the viwe spectacular.
The cost of overnight parking after being charged 159.00 = taxes for the room.
Hotel was quiet and the beds were wonderful. Loved having 2 bathrooms.
We found the prices for simple things like a bottle of water ridiculous...$5.00 For water!!

The wifi on the 9th floor was awful! I'm glad I wasn't staying for business because I constantly got disconnected. The refrigerator in the room was dirty. The food at Snax downstairs was iffy at best. Other than that it was a great stay.

Location great with nearby museums, shopping, parks in walking distance. Hotel very well run with friendly staff. Very clean rooms and loved the executive business suite with two bathrooms. I wish we had had the option of two queen beds instead of two doubles.
Expensive but all of the other hotels in the loop were similarly priced. The El ran behind the hotel and we could hear it from our room but was not really bothersome at all.

Room was a bit of false advertising. The pictures for the room I booked was definately not the same as the room I was put in. Also when I checked in the gentleman that helped me Benjamen was very rude and short with me. He didnt smile at all or even try to talk friendly.
I liked being able to walk to Grant Park and down to Lake Michigan all within a half hour! I wasn't actually solo...I was traveling via Amtrak with my Auntie and we had a night layover....
I know there was probably a good reason, but I didn't like the scaffolding that was out on the sidewalk.

I was not happy with your taxi drivers at the front of your hotel they were all foreigners and not friendly and very rude. This does not make a good image for your hotel or City when I challenge one of the taxi drivers as to why they were so unfriendly his reply was I was not born here,it not my City,so why should I need to be friendly I am just doing my job .

Lakefront view-lots of bulky furniture in front of windows, so you had lean over the desk and big chair to open the curtains. Did not live up to expectations-I would have booked the cheaper room that did not face the lake if I had known.

Air conditioning didn't work well at all. Newly renovated room but I think they overlooked renovating the a/C. I called the desk, who said they would call back or send someone up, neither happened. Hotel seems very dated at this point, even with the redecorating. Well located but tired.
Good location. Meeters and greeters were good. (Not the desk clerks). Help desk couldn't do enough. Wifi good in lobby.
Deco is truly dreadful. The bathroom and bedroom furniture is over ornate too look expensive but is actually cheap looking. Reception desk staff were more onto processing than smiling and helping. Have to pay for wifi in your room.

Asked to be moved due to being given a handicapped room. Next room was actually a conference room with a pull down bed, dust behind it was revolting, room has a very musty odor...but view was great

The place was clean but stale and dated and depressing.
I liked the entry way and the detail through out the hotel.
I did not like how small our king sized room was or the fact that you have to pay so much for Internet. I personally feel as if we could have stayed at a holiday inn and payed less for the same experience and free wifi.

The room was not very clean. It was dusty and their was toenail clippings around the nightstand? The windows were all dirty.

Was suppose to have a minni bar,but they discontinued. Three food carts greeted us at are room. The duct work for the air conditioner rattled the bed wall. The air conditioner itself did not work. 45$ to park at there facilities .
There were ants in the bed and when my son went down to alert the staff, they did not want to listen. He had to go back up to the room and trap a few ants and then bring them down. My son is 19 and it was his first trip alone. This was an unacceptable response by the staff. The ants where in the bed and on the floor.
the gym is amazing. It is huge and convenient and the guy at the reception is very friendly. he is the only reason I have raised the staff's evaluation
u can hear all the noise at the streets. the room is small and not very clean. sometimes the room service ignore you. I waited for thirty minutes to have them come to my room and called three times.
There's nothing about this hotel we liked was very disappointed with EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!
