The place is being completely refurbished with all new furnishings and fixtures. I loved the new art deco decor. They still have some work to do on the landscaping, but our room was lovely. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place. -

We had a wonderful stay when we stayed here to celebrate a wedding anniversary and birthday.
It is a cute and well-maintained property. Check-in was easy and the front desk staff was friendly. We needed to call them for a couple of items and their maintenance staff came immediately.

This hotel was beyond satisfactory. The rooms (although we did not have
the luck of staying in a remodeled room) were spacious and
accommodating. The pools were ample and there was no issue with grabbing
a sun chair and space as claimed in previous reviews. The gym is in the
lobby and much larger than other hotel gyms. There is a two level porch
where you can entertain and bbq and the lobby staff were kind and
informative. The best part was the location!! It is in the middle of the

Wonderful and charming room, beautiful pool and jacuzzi, one block from great shopping and restaurants, great massage and mud wrap, and the pastry and coffee were the best! And I've stayed in 4 or 5 different places in Calistoga over the years and this beats the others, but I have stayed in some real dumps! -

The Staff at this venue was AMAZING, to say the least. We were expecting a single room but it was really more of a suite (a small sitting area with sink and mini fridge and two separate bedrooms) - perfect for four people! Mount View has lots of character, lovely decor, and location is great. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed Calistoga - cute and not so touristy.

The owners are extremely accommodating, great hosts, sensational cooks and extremely gracious. When we were in the pool during their happy hour, they brought us a plate of food to nibble on and glasses of wine. The breakfast was a stunningly presented as it was delicious. And can't enough about how comfortable the bed was and how perfectly clean and modern it was.

The room is perfectly situated in downtown Calistoga and if you can get the keycode entry to work (had a bit of trouble initially :) is like staying at an apartment. I've stayed here twice before and rooms are spacious with either a balcony or fireplace. A bottle of wine from the associated Rutherford Winery is included, which is always excellent,

This place is simply fantastic! The quality of the fixtures and the design of the rooms is perfect. I would have like done of the rooms with a balcony but went for a less expensive suite. The concierge (this is more like an apartment block with no reception) was so friendly and allowed us to use the laundry. We later met him in town and he was a great source of local information and great to down a few drinks with.
The location of the hotel is perfect with all of the best bars and restaurants

The hotel is well maintained with lush greenery. We go to this hotel for the pools (indoor was under repair but we were notified when we booked the hotel) and the easy walking location. The price is reasonable for this area. The outdoor common areas are very pleasant. Staff was very responsive to wifi issue. The problem was with Comcast but we were kept informed and they were diligent in trying to resolve.
