Of the hotels I stayed in Florida, this was the best! I stayed here for
four days and everything was great. The breakfast buffet was very nice,
best of all the ones I stayed in this trip. I tried lunch and dinner a
few times.
The staff was very friendly, I'm a very shy person and it was fun chatting with them.

We loved the cosy artwork, and subtle granddeur of the Lobby, the comfortable beds , the upgrade to the suite overlooking the river.
We love the fact that the staff goes out of their way to ensure that we are good.
My wife insists that we will be back, and prefers the Hyatt to other more expensive locations within the block.

The hotel 's decor and art exhibit s were beautiful. The rooms were very clean and roomy enough. The shower was very clean. The staff really are all very friendly. Will stay again. -

Rooms were of a good size and comfortable. This hotel is all about price and location. Perfect for business as Brickell is a five minute walk away yet this hotel is much cheaper than other Brickell hotels. -

We had a 1 bedroom suite condo (room 1548) and spent a week just before Christmas and it was a great time staying at this hotel. I would recommend this suite for a family since it comes with complete kitchenette, dishwasher,big fridge,microwave,oven,washing machine and a dryer(only missing a kettle). We made our own breakfast and sometimes dinner.

I was very surprised at our room. It was my turn in selecting the hotel, and I wasn't disappointed. We will definitely come back. Service was exceptional, especially those fresh baked cookies which greeted us!

Lobby was beautiful. Staff friendly and welcoming. Very comfortable beds, room stocked with extra towels, pillows & blankets. Amazing view from our room on 26th floor. Electric blackout shades - operable from the beds - very cool. Extreme minibar selections! Starbucks in lobby - very convenient! Excellent valet car service.

Everything was perfect for our brief stay before boarding for our cruise, the dinner was wonderful and the beds were so comfortable. Will return to this hotel for sure and will stay longer next time so we can explore Miami more. Beautiful city and super hotel. -

Centrally located, close to cruise ships terminal. Great area for shopping, local restaurants. Super friendly, cheerful, helpful staff. Attached restaurant, makes it handy for breakfast. Not the Ritz for sure, but still good value for price. Good for overnight stay for cruise ships or overnight airline connections.
