Great place when visiting Boston area with a car. Close to Boston and Cambridge but free of the problems of parking and driving in the city. Hotel is easy to find and parking is convenient.

This place was just lovely. It was truly 'friendly'. The location was perfect. It was like staying in my childhood home, with more privacy. The shower water was hot. There was plenty of heat. Of all the hotels I looked at near Harvard, it was most reasonably priced. The area is very expensive though. Included continental breakfast and Internet, which many others did not. So good value relative to other nearby inns and hotels, but still more e xpensive than I would expect to pay for the accommodations if it were elsewhere.

I loved this hotel and have stayed in many. There is a shuttle that brings you to major stops in Cambridge. Super convient and arrives after five mins of calling for only 5$ a day!
There is a nice lobby and this is close to Starbucks and Trader joes so no breakfast included isn't a huge loss.
Comfy rooms. Nice staff. Great price & location.

Really enjoyed our stay. All staff particularly shuttle drivers , concierge and receptionists were extremely helpful and welcoming. It was a very comfortable hotel with an excellent, responsive staff. The
room was clean and just the right size for our family, with a beautiful
view of the Charles River and city lights. The skylights in the center
of the building bring in outside light and really compliment the hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay!

The Hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent and they continued to replenish the food until closing time. I heard they also do free Dinner Buffets during the week.

Cookies in the lobby, shuttle to the hospital. Cleanliness of the rooms, and that they had refrigerators. There are many nice restaurants around. And it's located In a nice area. -

Such a beautiful and well-preserved historic beauty, inside and out! The staff was so gracious, friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were homecooked and delicious; there were snacks available all day long. Owner had given much thought to little details that made my stay so pleasant. I could walk around a beautiful old neighborhood and one block to the "T" and feel safe and peaceful. I definitely will stay there again.

The hotel is within walking distance to the train/underground system. it wasnt as close to the ballpark as i would have liked but short distance on the train. Facility is not a five star by any means but is great for the fact that it is in the city and all the hotels are quite expensive in this area. -
