La qualité des services, la gentillesse du personnel...Un véritable 5 étoiles à prix tout à fait abordable. La situation est quant à elle intéressante dans la mesure où l'hotel se situe à proximité d'une station de métro et est à environ 10 minutes à pieds du bord de mer et de toutes ses facilités. -

In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. the busy Al Rigga street. The latter is a busy street with large

staff extremely helpful. They were flexible enough to get our room

Overall a very comfortable stay.
We stayed in a large apartment type suite. Good level of accommodation and services. Good to have a kitchen even though it was only basically fitted out.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well.
We had a baby bed made up in the room at no additional costs - really good to have a baby made very welcome.
Location not specifically close to anything in particular but within walking distance of the metr

The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next
day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight
desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and
letting us access it. They do have free wireless internet in the rooms

Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms are very comfortable and work well for my family. Hotel is close to Deira City Centre Mall which is very convenient. - The apartments were great, especially with 2 kids.
