  Luxe - The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. - this is something special

  Upon arrival the staff greeted us and took over the check in process, i only had to sit and relax while the front desk lady had to prepare the papers for check in. The hotel is amazing in terms of first impression us we were astonished with the internal decorative design. The room was super. The staff were very polite and all were asking about our stay each time we pass through any staff. Had out breakfas - The luxury of the facilities and treatment by all the staff from bell boys to management. The room and the bed were fantastic. There is a bath that could fit in a family of four! The pool area and surrounds were very well located with excellent service poolside. Plenty of 4-5 star restaurants to choose from. Also the free shuttle from and to the hotel stopping at various places was so helpful.
