Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms are very comfortable and work well for my family. Hotel is close to Deira City Centre Mall which is very convenient.

The rubbish outside the hotel at the bus stop was a bit off putting.

The apartments were great, especially with 2 kids.

They used to give a discount voucher for the spa when you checked in. Imade useof tha on my previous stay, but missed it this time.

location is very close to all key attractions, rooms are spacious

some things need maintenance, kettle was not working, water tap, room TV did not have a socket.

The staff were polite and friendly. The hotel was rated as 4 star but in my opinion it was more of a 3 and a half star hotel.

The service at breakfast was poor, the staff were not well trained to serve the guests and it was totally chaotic.

Good size apartments, comfortable beds, reasonable facilities ( Gym, swimming pool, room service) - good value for money

Room facilities maintenace was below standard (leaking shower, dirty tiles in the kitchen) but not that bad.

So called "fine dining restaurant" - food of poor quality and the same place was used for the buffet breakfast - no ambience. The pool was just outside the dining area and guests were swimming with their clothes on when we went to dine in the evening - we were the only people in the dining room! Taxis were almost impossible to get from the hotel.
